Guidelines
The district uses a variety of insignia and logos which appear on stationery, flags,
banners, and a wide variety of district materials. Some of these insignia are
copyrighted and others lay claim to an historical tradition within the district.
Regardless of whether an insignia or logo is copyrighted, the district sets no
limitation for the use or reproduction of the insignia by any groups or individuals
within or outside the district, assuming that such usage will promote a positive
image of the district. In cases where improper use is anticipated or made of a
copyrighted insignia, the district will take appropriate legal action to prohibit such
usage.
